There is an apparent dearth of talent in the industry and the main reason for this is vast education gap, especially with respect to training when it comes to learning the practical aspects of handling insurance claims. We believe books alone cannot make you job ready.

An industry veteran since 1984, Mr. Gupta is well respected across the entire spectrum of the insurance industry. After successfully building an empire (JCG Surveyors) handling general insurance claims, Mr. Gupta has now taken a back seat to follow his passion.

Mr. Gupta has always been passionate about teaching those elusive insurance concepts when it comes to handling insurance claims. Now he is on a mission to educate and develop new talent in the industry.
