It has been 33 year long successful Carrer in Insurance. I started my journey as a freelance surveyor way back in 1990. It was just a coincidence that someone known was working in insurance company and he suggested me to apply for surveyors license. I remember having approached couple of surveyors to teach me how to carry out surveys. But the profession being totally secretive in those days, no body wanted to teach. It was Mr J.C Gupta who offered me a job and taught me the fine intricacies of this profession. I think those few months of his mentorship changed my Carrer. I shall remain indebted to Mr Gupta for mentoring me during my earlier days of my career.

After completing my Electrical Engineering in 1991, I came to Delhi for doing core engineering job but did not get the same and joined JCG sir in Aug 1991. Initially I was not interested in insurance field but It was JCG sir who forced me to give my insurance exams and today I cannot be thankful enough. He guided me through the entire process and with sir guidance I got my surveyor license in 1992.
Now I am running my own Pvt Ltd Co and doing well with his blessings.

I met with JC Gupta sir in 2019. He opened a totally new dimension for me. I was his assistant and he taught me well. Now I am a Director of a company and skillfully working in the Surveyor and Loss Assessor's industry. During my time with him, I closely observed JC sir and learnt the basics of Surveying and Loss Assessment. The most amazing thing about him is his passion about learning and conveying knowledge. I saw him read Insurance books even more than an average student. His command on concepts and various principles are second to none. Current generation is very lucky that he has ventured into teaching by CCDC.

I used to work as a telecaller in a BPO when I happened to meet JC Gupta sir. That meeting changed my career. I got the chance to be trained by experts in insurance claims. After personal training from JC Gupta sir, I learned a lot about insurance claims, which helped me work more professionally. Now, I'm doing really well in my new job, all thanks to his guidance.

I have completed my graduation from S.I.E.S college in 2022 from Mumbai. I struggled to find a suitable job  and spent 02 years in B2B. Fortunately, I met JCG Sir who explained me about opportunities in general insurance field in 2024 I got the right job. I got a chance to work with experts in insurance claims department . I’m fully satisfied and grateful for the opportunity and guidance provided by JC Gupta Sir and will always remain thankful for his support. I am still willing to join his coaching centre.

I completed my M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Sree Dattha Engineering College in 2015. Despite my qualifications, I struggled to find a job aligned with my profession and spent six years working in various sales roles. A relative introduced me to JCG Sir, who informed me about opportunities for engineering professionals in the general insurance field. In 2024, after years of seeking the right role, I secured a position in general insurance, where I’ve had the chance to work with experts in insurance claims and expand my knowledge. I am fully satisfied and grateful for the opportunity and guidance provided by JCG Sir & team and will always remain thankful for his support.

I had completed my Graduation in Electrical Engineering  in the year 2021 from Siddhivinayak technical campus college Mumbai . I did not get any engineering profession related job for 2 years. So, I was working in non-technical field, later on when I met JC Gupta sir who made me understand about the General Insurance field and roles of engineers in it. Now I am working with a general insurance surveyors’ company since last 10 months  under the guidance of JC sir and my technical knowledge is fully utilised in this profession. I am happy and satisfied. 

I still remember the day, I came to meet JCG sir for first time and he motivated me to pursue this profession. With his blessings, motivation, guidance, I have completed my FIII and obtained surveyor license in 4 categories. His passion for teaching, motivating us and unwavering dedication have made him an extraordinary surveyor. I want to thank him for everything he has done for us. His influence has shaped us into the individuals we are today, and for that, we are forever grateful.

I am a Commerce Post Graduate. Worked with an Insurance co and took  a career break  (maternity break)  which extended for 8 years. When I wanted to rejoin in the Insurance Industry I was lucky to be associated with  JCG SIR. Now I have completed my surveyor training will soon be a  licensed surveyor. Under his guidance one can start, restart  or redirect one's career!
